36th Annual Symposium

August 14-16, 2026 in Black Mountain North Carolina

Scholarships

Accessibility in herbal education is a core part of AHG’s mission, vision, and values. AHG has long offered scholarships to support our commitment to making herbal education more accessible and ensuring that our programming, events, and membership remain available to those in need. We recognize that financial barriers can limit access to learning opportunities, and we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant, inclusive community of herbal students and practitioners.

25 scholarships are available for General Admission (August 14–16) to our 36th Annual Symposium. We especially encourage applications from individuals from marginalized communities and those historically underrepresented within the American Herbalists Guild, including—but not limited to—BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and elders living on fixed incomes.

Your presence, perspective, and participation are deeply valued, and we welcome the opportunity to support your connection to this work.

Please note:

  • Scholarship applicants will be notified of decisions within two weeks of submission.
  • AHG scholarships cover the full cost of General Admission registration only and do not include lodging, meal plans, or commuter packages.
