Dr. Lindsay Chimileski is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist with an enthralled devotion to plant and fungi medicines. She is a teacher of local plant and mushroom identification and is known to emphasize that we are a part of nature, not separate from it. Her practice Hawthorn Holistic Health is in Hamden Connecticut. She focuses on treating the whole person, fully acknowledging and celebrating the interwoven layers of the body, the mind, the spirit and all the intangibles impacting our health and well being. Additionally, she co-leads botanical excursions through the Jamaican rainforest, teaching plant medicine with the local healers.
