Annalisa is a Registered Herbalist (AHG), Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who integrates herbal medicine, nutrition, and health coaching to provide individualized support. Her herbal practice draws on traditional Western herbalism, including tissue-state assessment, as well as contemporary evidence-informed approaches. Her clinical interests include gastrointestinal and immune health, women’s hormonal balance, and the body’s natural detoxification and elimination pathways.
She is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Integrative Health at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, with research interests spanning medicinal plants, phytochemistry, and regenerative land management. Based in East Texas, Annalisa also grows medicinal herbs using regenerative and Certified Naturally Grown practices, connecting her work as a grower with her practice as a clinical herbalist. She offers virtual consultations, making her services available to clients beyond her local community.
