Nicholas has studied herbal medicine since the age of 12. Nicholas has studied western herbalism, alchemical herbalism, ayurvedic herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nicholas has also studied with Dr. Qi Ju Chen, one of the world’s greatest TCM pulse masters. His training is diverse also including studying with many masters and experts including: Dr. Michael Tierra, Matthew Wood, Dr. Qi Ju Chen, Master Chen, Pete Medicine Eagle and many others.
Nicholas has been in full time clinical practice for over 25 years. He specializes in chronic diseases, difficult cases and complicated multifactoral medical conditions. Nicholas is the owner, Clinical Director and Clinical Herbalist at Four Winds Natural Healing Center. Four Winds NHC has one of the largest and most comprehensive herb compound dispensary in the US. Every patient receives individualized care, constitutional assessment and custom compounded formulas. Nicholas is an expert in navigating difficult cases and focused on getting clinical results.
Nicholas is also the flounder, Director and head teacher at North Star Herbal Studies. Nicholas has taught western herbal medicine for over 25 years.
