Gina Kearney has been in clinical practice for over a decade, working at the intersection of traditional herbal medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the animist worldview that has always understood plants as living intelligences — not ingredients.

She is a Registered Herbalist, Flower Essence Practitioner and a Shamanic Guide trained and mentored by Sandra Ingerman, one of the most respected shamanic teachers in the world. What she brings to every consultation is the full picture of that training.

How Gina Works

When you come to Gina with a health concern, she is not looking for the herb that matches your symptom. She is looking for you — your constitution, your energetic patterns, the way your body holds stress, the emotional landscape that so often underlies physical experience. From there, she selects herbs, teas, and practices that support you as a whole person.

What you leave with is not a list of supplements. It is a written protocol — specific, individualized, and explained in full — built around your particular constitution, your particular life, and the plants that have something to say to your specific situation.

The clinical depth is inseparable from the relational depth. In Gina’s practice, a plant is never simply a remedy. It has a character, an intelligence, a specific quality of relationship with the human body and the human soul. Working with it properly means knowing both dimensions — the chemistry and the character, the action and the aliveness.

Flower Essences and the Living World

Alongside her clinical herbal work, Gina is a practitioner of Flower Essence Shamanism — her signature practice that draws on her training with Sandra Ingerman and her decade of direct relationship with the plants.

Flower essences are vibrational medicines that work at the level of the emotional and energetic body. Where physical herbs support the body’s systems, flower essences work with the patterns beneath — the places where stress, grief, fear, or long-held stories have taken root and are quietly shaping everything else. In Gina’s practice, they are not an add-on. They are a central part of how she sees a person whole.

Through Flower Essence Shamanism, Gina facilitates a direct, experiential relationship between a person and the living intelligence of a specific flower. Not through learning about it — through meeting it. Through guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic journeying with the sacred drum, something in the person that has been waiting for exactly this kind of contact begins to open. Insights arrive. Patterns release. The flower essence works not because someone decided it should, but because the relationship itself is medicine.

This is the specific, unreplicable thing the plants offer that no other modality does: no agenda, no memory, no judgment. Only the truth of who you are right now.

Who Gina Works With

Gina works with women and men who are ready for a practitioner who will take them seriously as a whole person. Many come with specific health concerns — perimenopause, anxiety, sleep, digestion, immune support, chronic stress — and want someone who has both the clinical training to build a real protocol and the depth of relationship with the plants to know which ones belong in it.

Many others arrive at the threshold of something they can’t quite name. They have been in conventional medicine and found it incomplete. They have used herbs casually for years and are ready to understand them properly. Some feel drawn to the plants in a way that goes beyond the clinical — a quiet knowing that there is more available in that relationship than they have yet touched.

For all of them, Gina’s approach is the same: meet the person where they are, understand the full picture, and bring the plants — in all their dimensions — to bear.

Working With Gina

Gina sees clients in-person in Jupiter, FL and via Zoom worldwide. Initial consultations are 90 minutes and include a full herbal intake covering health history, constitution, energetic patterns, and emotional landscape. Clients receive a written protocol.

She also offers the Flower Essence Shamanism Series — a group practice in which participants journey with one flower essence per session, guided by crystal singing bowls and the shamanic drum — and individual shamanic work for those called to go deeper.
