My clinical practice is grounded in traditional Western herbalism with a strong emphasis on physiology, pattern recognition, and individualized, whole-person assessment.
I have been in clinical herbal practice since 2014, with a much longer history of studying and working with medicinal plants through growing, harvesting, and formulation for my family and community.
My particular interest is in complex and multifactorial presentations where several systems overlap. I frequently work with patterns involving digestive function, metabolic health, nervous system regulation, sleep, women’s health, inflammatory and immune patterns, and constitutional resilience.
I draw from traditional indications and energetics while incorporating contemporary understanding of physiology, pharmacology, phytochemistry, herb-drug interactions, and botanical safety. Depending on the case, recommendations may include tinctures, teas, powders, nutritional support, dietary strategies, and lifestyle interventions.
