Christina Lynch is a community herbalist and entrepreneur based in Tallahassee, Florida. Christina Lynch has spent more than 15 years of her career propelling small businesses and nonprofit organizations forward in their industries.
She has a notable track record for utilizing a flexible and non-judgmental approach with her clients and partners that has promoted the success of positive and profitable business affairs for every party involved.
She received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, and her Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Human Resource Management from Florida State University. In addition, she is a community herbalist, graduating from the Florida School of Holistic Living and connecting with indigenous practices from her Barbadian lineage.
Christina delights in reconnecting with the earth. She partakes in spiritual practices and physical interaction to carry on traditions her ancestors practiced. Christina created Black Herbalists Alliance and Gingerly Expressions, an organization focused on intentional creation of herbal products and services, to assist others in starting or continuing their own journeys in becoming one with themselves; and to finance fiscal sponsorship and opportunities to support BIPOC healers.
Christina is also a business consultant with the Small Business Development Center at FAMU, winning Regional Consultant of the Year in 2021, the Business Empowerment Director for the Capital City Chamber of Commerce, founding co-coordinator of Herbalists Without Borders of the Big Bend, President of the Board of Red Hills Small Farm Alliance,and a board member of Florida State University’s Accounting Department, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Big Bend and Florida School of Holistic Living.
She was recognized as the 2022 Recent Achievement Alumni Award recipient by the Florida State University College of Business, a 2023 Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient with the Florida State University Black Alumni Association, and a finalist for the 2023 Women Who Mean Business, Entrepreneur category, by Tallahassee Woman Magazine.
