Register for the 35th Annual Symposium
Online Registration for In-Person Symposium opens on June 21st and closes on September 27th, 2024. To register after this date, please check in at the AHG Symposium Help Desk when you arrive at the Blue Ridge Assembly.
All AHG members receive a Symposium registration discount. Before registering, be sure to check your email for the exclusive member discount code, or find it listed in the Member Menu on our website. How to Register
Explore our Symposium options on the AHG website. Join us for the in-person Symposium from October 4-7, 2024, in Black Mountain, North Carolina, or participate in our Virtual Symposium, featuring livestreamed and recorded classes. Virtual Symposium registration opens in August. Additionally, enhance your experience by registering for one of our five Pre-Symposium Intensives on Friday, October 4th, and consider staying for the day-long Post-Symposium Intensive on Monday, October 7th. Intensive registration is available alongside General Symposium registration. Attendees can pursue a certificate in this year's Botanical Support in Aging track by attending designated sessions throughout the Symposium.

Registration Instructions
Clicking the registration link will direct you to a page resembling the image below.
Choose your Symposium options and be sure to add any Pre- or Post-Symposium Intensives. You may also sign up for Intensives at this link at a later time, or at the door during the event. Consider adding a donation to your registration fee to support the AHG Scholarship fund or our Weaving the Web fundraiser.
AHG Members be sure to check your email before registering to receive your member discount. If you are not an AHG member or need to renew your membership, here is the link to join AHG and receive the member discount. Note that there are no early bird or member discounts offered for Pre- or Post-Symposium Intensives.
Once you've selected your Symposium options on page one, you'll proceed to page two and will be prompted to answer two questions indicating that you've read the accompanying instructions. Below those questions you'll see a box in which you can enter any applicable discount codes. If you have a discount code, please enter it there and click "Check", applying the discount to your order.
AHG utilizes the Zeffy platform for Symposium registration as a way to process sales without incurring payment processing fees for nonprofits. Because of this, during checkout registratnts will be prompted to donate to Zeffy next to "Support the 100% free platform we use!" If you'd prefer not to contribute to Zeffy, you can easily select "custom amount" from the dropdown menu and enter 0.
Last, choose your payment method, complete payment details, and click confirm! Once you submit payment, your event registration is complete. Watch for a confirmation email with event dates, location, and other important Symposium information. This email serves as your payment receipt, as well as your virtual ticket to be checked in upon arrival to Symposium. NOTE: Symposium tickets are not refundable. If you have purchased a ticket to attend the Symposium in-person, you may transfer your ticket to another person, or exchange it for access to the Virtual Symposium Only option. To make changes to your registration, send us an email.
