He is the author of "Southeast Medicinal Plants" (Timber Press) and "Herbs for Pain."

My education and influences are an integration of the Western Vitalist herbal traditions, American folk herbal and spirit work practices, Traditional Naturopathy, medical/health dowsing, Classical Chinese medicine, Craniosacral Therapy, Traditional Osteopathic techniques, and various systems of kinesiological medicine. I do not diagnose or treat disease but rather aid you in restoring and maintaining optimal health and vitality.
I work with all manner of non emergency acute and chronic health concerns and am available for in person and remote appointments.

Rebecca Snow has been practicing herbal medicine and nutrition for 12 years. She is a Registered Herbalist with the AHG and a licensed nutritionist in the state of Maryland. She specializes in chronic illness, Lyme and related illnesses, digestive disease, weight loss, food addiction. She uses nutrition, herbs and coaching.
Rebecca began her career practicing at Optimal Health Physicians, an Integrative Medical Practice that specializes in chronic infection and disease. She worked for 10 years at the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) in a variety of roles including Founding Director of the MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health Program and faculty/supervisor in the herbal medicine and nutrition departments. Currently, Rebecca has a clinical practice at the Avalon Wellness Center in Catonsville, Maryland and runs a mentorship program for new practitioners.
Rebecca has presented on herbs and nutrition throughout the mid-Atlantic region including lectures at Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Morgan State University, and Presbyterian Medical Center at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves as a subject matter expert for local media and has appeared on Fox 45 and WBAL in Baltimore.
